Owner/ Funeral Director and Embalmer
Sharon Kaye Curry-McKinney is a native of Laurel County,
Kentucky. She graduated from Laurel County High School and also graduated from Mid-America
College of Funeral Service. She received her funeral director and embalming Licenses on January 1986. She also holds a Kentucky Life Insurance Agent license. She was the former employee and co-owner of Laurel
Funeral Home in London, Kentucky until she moved to Green County in 1999 when she
married Harold Curry, a Green County horse farm owner and trainer and
competitor in horse show events.
She commuted to her employment in London until February of 2000 when she and her husband purchased the former Warren F. Toler Funeral Home in Greensburg and re-named it the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home. Harold passed away in August of 2005 and she has continued with the operation of the funeral home to this day.
She has two daughters Crystal Hinkle Rice and Jessica Hinkle who passed away on November 13, 2002. She is married to Robert McKinney. She also has two grandsons Ben and Nick. She is a member of the Trammell Creek Baptist Church, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 5813, President of the District Auxiliary VFW, a member of the Greensburg Rotary Club, member of the Greensburg Chamber of Commerce, Green County Gideon's Auxiliary, the Grand Matron and member of the Greensburg Chapter 232 Order of Eastern Star and member of the National Funeral Directors Association and Kentucky Funeral Directors Association. She enjoys being with her family, cooking, and crocheting.

Funeral Director and Embalmer
Dale is the son of the late Doyce and Lois Matney Houk. He is a graduate of Greensburg High School and a graduate of the Kentucky School of Mortuary Science in Louisville. He is also a United States Air Force Veteran serving in Vietnam. He started his funeral service career in July 1971 after he came home from the Air Force. He became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in July 10, 1975. He is a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church, a member of the American Legion Post 124, a volunteer firefighter at the Exie Fire Department, past president for the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association, and he is a Board of Director for the Green County Farm Bureau. He is married to Lana Carol Wilson-Houk and they have one son Chris Houk. He enjoys yard selling and collecting cast iron pieces.
Funeral Director
Doris is the daughter of the late Russell and Eulala DeSpain. She is 1970 graduate of the Greensburg High School and later graduated from the Lindsey Wilson College in 1989. She received her Kentucky Funeral Directors Licenses in 2007 and she worked at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville until her retirement. Doris is a member of the Campbellsville Christian Church, Taylor County Homemakers which she was the homemaker of the year in 2020 and is a member of the Greensburg Chapter 232 Order of the Eastern Star.
She is married to Virgil Shofner and together they have one daughter and son-in-law and two grandsons and one great grandchild.
Funeral Director and Embalmer
Kobie Thomas Wood is the son of Brandy Bishop and the late
Jay Wood. He is also the grandson of Rhuel and Donna Bishop and Mary Wood and the late Michael Wood. He was born and raised in Green County all his life and has worked
at the funeral home since 2017. He is a 2019 graduate of Green County High School with honors and on September of 2021 he graduated from Mid—America College of Funeral Service obtaining his associates degree in Mortuary Science with honors. He received his funeral director and embalming license on February 2022. He is a member of the Summersville
Baptist Church where he is the church organist and pianist. He is also a member
of the Greensburg Rotary Club, chairman of the Rotary Interact Club at the High School, the Greensburg/ Green County Community Christmas Cantata, Green County Gideon, and a board member of the Wilson Cemetery. He enjoys collecting antiques, playing piano, spending time at the lake, hunting, and
fishing.
