Lula Mae Milby

Mrs. Lula Mae Milby was born November 16, 1946, in Green County, Kentucky to the late H.E “Bossie” and Dorothy Byrd Wright.  She departed this life Thursday, March 16, 2023, at her home, having the age of seventy-six years, and four months.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Oak Forest Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  She was purchasing director at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital for 45 years.  She was a member of the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital Auxiliary.  Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Shirldeen Lobb on December 25, 1984.  She was also preceded in death by her husband William Earl Milby October 26, 2022, four brothers and two sisters:  William, Charles, Herbert and Robert Wright and Barbara Bagby and Mary Alice Wright.

She is survived by three daughters:  Kim Lobb of Greensburg, Brooke and Ben Benningfield and Stacy and Marty McNear of Campbellsville; three grandchildren:  Kaden McNear, Isabella and Luke Benningfield, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m., Central Time, Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Knight and Bro. Brenson Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in the Greensburg Cemetery.
Visitation is requested from 12 Noon, Central Time, until the funeral hour.
