James "Jimmy Mack" Hendrickson

     James Alfred Garfield “Jimmy Mack” Hendrickson was born January 27, 1945, in Adair County, KY to the late William Oscar and Martha Lee Hendrickson.  He departed this life Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, having attained the age of seventy-eight years, one month and one day.

     He made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of 2nd Christian Church of Columbia, KY.  He retired from Fruit of the Loom and worked at Cox Interior.  Mr. Hendrickson was well liked by everyone.  He never met a stranger.  He loved his family, tractors, music and dancing.  He was always smiling and pleasant.  Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister: Annie Mae Turner and four brothers:  Amos, Joe, Paul and Robert Hendrickson.

      He is survived by his wife:  Emma Jane Hendrickson, whom he was united in marriage to on July 3, 1971, two children:  Tamara Liverman and her fiancé:  Jesse Harness, JR, of Radcliff,  James Shawn and Tody Hendrickson of Greensburg, four sisters and one brother-in-law:  Mattie Hardin, Sarah Jackson, Naomi Embry, Ada Duncan (Joseph), two brothers:  John R Hendrickson (Ella Berry) and Walter Hendrickson (Saundra), six grandchildren:  JaVontae Atkinson, Joey Liverman and his fiancé:  Camille Berrier, Alexus Hendrickson, Gabby Hendrickson, Lauren Hendrickson, and Mercy Embry, two great grandchildren:  Zayleigha Atkinson and Layton Liverman.
